Unlike some companies, we are not limited to offering you a small fleet of yachts we are financially tied into, which we feel would compromise the integrity of our recommendations to our clients. Our President, Judy Ashley, has over 30 years of yachting experience aboard both sailing and motor yachts from 24 to 198', throughout the Caribbean, Bahamas, New England, Greece, Italy and the Seychelles.  From running private yachts, crewing on charter yachts, ocean racing, single handing, to working as a delivery skipper and navigator, she has developed a well rounded knowledge of the yachting industry. 

Judy personally inspects over 200 charter yachts each year, from the Virgin Islands, Antigua to Italy, Greece, and Turkey to assure she is up to date on every aspect of the yachts she recommends to her clients. While many of the crew have become personal friends over the years, she also interviews new crew to assure each yacht is staffed to offer the best possible charter experience. 

 Judy was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Charter Yacht Brokers Association from 1997 to 2002 serving in many roles including President, of this world-wide organization of brokers. She has also served as a volunteer mentor to many new brokers over the years and co-authored broker training materials and assisted in developing standardized charter agreements for the industry. Her passion for all things related to the sea and yachting, are surpassed only by her passion for professionalism, each step of the way.
